Lawn care scheduling and route software
Build the mowing route once in the spring. MarsSuite repeats it every week, hands it to a crew and bills it on schedule.
The route should not be rebuilt every Monday
A lawn care business does the same work at the same addresses every week from spring to fall. The schedule only changes at the edges: a new customer, a skipped week for rain, a one-time cleanup.
Rewriting the route by hand each week costs an evening and invites mistakes. A property is dropped, and the customer notices before you do.
Set the season up once
Set each property's schedule
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. The visit repeats until you change or end it.
Group visits into a route
Assign a day's stops to a crew, in the order you want them worked.
Handle the exceptions
Move a rained-out day, skip a visit or add a one-time cleanup without touching the rest of the season.
Bill on a schedule
Seasonal contracts are invoiced on a schedule instead of visit by visit.
What you get
What it does not do. MarsSuite does not optimize routes on a map. You decide the order of the stops.
- Visits that repeat weekly, every two weeks or monthly
- Routes assigned to crews
- The day's stops in order on the crew's phones
- Property notes, such as gate codes, on each stop
- One-time jobs added around the route
- Seasonal contracts billed on a schedule

Lawn care scheduling software: common questions
Can visits repeat every week or every two weeks?
Yes. Recurring visits can repeat weekly, every two weeks or monthly for the whole season.
Does MarsSuite optimize my route?
No. You set the order of stops for each crew. MarsSuite repeats the route and keeps it on the schedule.
What happens on a rain day?
Move the day's visits to another day. The rest of the season's schedule is not affected.
