How a job moves

From the first call to the paid invoice

Every job follows the same four steps. MarsSuite carries the details from one step to the next, so nobody types them twice.

  1. Take the request

A customer calls or writes. Log the address, the problem and any photos, and the job is ready to quote or schedule.

  2. Quote it

Build the estimate from your price list. The customer approves it on their phone and it becomes the job.

  3. Schedule and dispatch

Drop the job on the calendar and assign a tech or crew. They see the notes and the history before they pull up.

  4. Finish and invoice

The tech closes the job with photos and a signature. The invoice goes out the same day.

What it replaces

One system instead of five workarounds

How the day runs now

  • A whiteboard or paper calendar only the office can see
  • Group texts to tell techs where to go next
  • Estimates typed from scratch in a document
  • Invoices written at night, days after the work
  • Customer history in someone's memory

With MarsSuite

  • A shared calendar the office and the field both work from
  • Each tech's jobs for the day on their phone
  • Estimates built from your saved price list
  • Invoices created from the finished job
  • Every visit, quote and invoice on the customer's record

Questions

Before you ask for a demo

What is MarsSuite?

MarsSuite is web-based field service management software for running a home-services business. It covers the office side of the work: taking requests, scheduling and dispatching jobs, sending estimates, invoicing and keeping customer records.

Which trades is it built for?

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and lawn care, and general contracting. If your crews travel to customers and you quote, schedule and invoice the work, it will fit how you operate.

How big does my company need to be?

MarsSuite is meant for owner-operators through shops running several crews. A one-truck business uses the same calendar, estimates and invoices as a larger one, with fewer people on the board.

How much does it cost?

We quote pricing when you request a demo. Tell us your trade and how many people would use it, and we will reply with a price.

How do I see it?

Send a demo request. We will reply by email to set up a walkthrough using the kind of jobs you actually run.

Who makes MarsSuite?

MarsSuite is built and operated by A'MIRYEN LLC, a company based in Cambria Heights, New York.
