HVAC scheduling and dispatch software

See every technician's day on one board, keep tune-ups recurring and rearrange the afternoon when a no-cool call comes in.

The problem

An HVAC schedule never survives the morning

An HVAC day starts with planned work: tune-ups, a changeout, a couple of repairs. By ten o'clock a system is down somewhere and the plan has to bend. On a whiteboard or a shared calendar, bending it means phone calls to three techs and a customer who was never told.

In peak season that happens several times a day. Coping with it depends on the dispatcher seeing who is where, what can move and what cannot.

How it works

A day on the dispatch board

  1. Plan the day

Drop repairs, installs and tune-ups onto each tech's lane. Recurring maintenance visits are already there.

  2. Watch it move

Techs mark jobs on the way, in progress and done. The board shows the day as it stands, not as it was planned.

  3. Fit in the emergency

Create the no-heat or no-cool job, see who finishes soonest and assign it. Drag the displaced tune-up to another day.

  4. Keep the customer informed

Booking confirmations, reminders and on-the-way messages go out without a phone call from the office.

Questions

HVAC scheduling software: common questions

Can I see all my technicians on one screen?

Yes. The dispatch board shows each tech's day side by side, with every job colored by status.

What happens to a tune-up when an emergency takes its slot?

Drag it to another time or day. It stays on the schedule, and the tech's job list updates.

Can multi-day installs go on the same schedule?

Yes. A changeout or new installation can be scheduled across more than one day alongside service calls.
